An Affiliate must have an Activated Business Center before sponsoring other (free) Affiliates.

Once you have an Activated Business Center,  you may begin building your sales organization.   The following rules are all based on the assumption that your own Business Center is already Activated as outlined above.

For commission calculation purposes, the first and every subsequent sale made by an Active Affiliate is placed front line in their sales organization genealogy.  These are considered front line customers. If a customer subsequently decides to submit an application to become an Affiliate,  this position is maintained, and may not be moved.  No changing of sponsors is allowed. When a customer becomes an affiliate, their customer position then becomes a Business Center.

Retail Sales

All purchases made from the website are retail sales made at the preferred customer internet price.  No stocking of inventory by Affiliates is allowed or necessary.

No Mandatory Purchases or Sales Required to Stay Active

No initial or ongoing purchases are required to earn retail commissions or retail sales overrides.  This business is based on the retail sale of Memberships to end consumers.  Those Affiliates choosing to purchase a Membership at the preferred customer internet price for their own enjoyment, do so at their option.

Retail Commissions

Retail Commissions are earned on every personally referred retail  sale starting with the 2nd purchase made on your front line.

Retail Sales Overrides

Retail Sales Overrides are paid on downline sales.  This includes qualified 2nd level sales plus on particular sales on every level of your group.   There is no limit to how many levels you may earn Retail Sales Overrides.   The easiest way to see how these bonuses are paid is to watch the compensation plan movie.

Retail Commission and Retail Sales Override Amounts

The personal sale of a Gold 3 Year Membership pays a $500 Retail Commission and a $500 Retail Sales Override.  Both Gold and Platinum qualified Affiliates qualify for this bonus. The personal sale of a Platinum Lifetime Membership pays a full $1000 Retail Commission and a full $1000 Retail Sales Override to Platinum qualified Affiliates.  Gold qualified Affiliates earn $500 Retail Commissions and $500 Retail Sales Overrides on Platinum sales with the balance of available commissions rolling upline and being paid to the next upline Platinum qualified Affiliates by line of sponsorship.
 
The personal sale of an Upgrade Gold to Platinum Membership pays a $500 Retail Commission and a $500 Retail Sales Override to Platinum Qualified Affiliates.

In other words, when a Platinum package is purchased, 2 x $1,000 are designated to pay out however when a $1,000 commission is designated to pay someone but they are only qualified at Gold,  then $500 is paid to that Gold and the $500 balance is paid to the first upline Platinum (above that Gold) by line of sponsorship.

Retail Membership Packages

There are two retail packages plus an upgrade package:
 
     1.The Gold 3 Year Membership package is $1495 which pays
         out 2 x $500 through the compensation plan.
 
     2.The Platinum Lifetime Membership package is $2995 which
        pays out 2 x $1,000 through the compensation plan.
 
     3.Upgrade Package for a Gold 3 Year Membership customer to
        upgrade to a Platinum Lifetime Membership is $2000 which
        pays out 2 x $500 through the compensation plan.
 
 If someone upgrades from the Gold to Platinum for $2000,  then 2 x $500's are paid out through Perpetual Leverage Plan.  Only Platinum qualified Affiliates are paid on Platinum upgrades.

Qualified Level

The first sale in your organization to hit a level qualifies that level. You are not paid on that sale as it is a Qualifying Sale.  Once you have a single qualifying sale made by anyone on a level, that level is consider to be a Qualified Level.

2nd Level Overrides:

2nd level sales are the sales made by your personally sponsored 1st level Affiliates.  Once your second level is a Qualified Level, you earn Retail Sales Overrides on every second level sale except for the sales made by that one person who made the first second level qualifying sale.  His personal sales are your second level Qualifying Cluster.

Qualifying Cluster

As your organization grows deep,  the first sale to be made on each level, qualifies that level for you.   Whoever makes that first sale onto a level of your downline,  is remembered by the computer so all of that person’s subsequent personal sales are called your Qualifying Cluster for that level.   That Qualifying Cluster would be in the organization of one of your personally sponsored front line Affiliates.   You are not paid on any of the sales in that particular qualifying cluster, however each of your other personally sponsored Affiliates, have qualifying clusters on that same level and since that is now a Qualified Level for you, you are paid on every sale in each of their qualifying clusters on that level.  The same rule applies on every level to unlimited depth.

1-up Sales under all 2nd level Affiliates.

A Retail Sales Override is paid to you for the first sale to hit each Qualified Level of your organization under each one of your 2nd level Affiliates.

MATCHING BONUSES

As a leader, you are rewarded for working with your personally sponsored Affiliates with the opportunity for you to qualify for Matching Bonuses on all Retail Sales Commissions and Retail Sales Overrides earned by your personally sponsored Affiliates.

To be implemented at a future time.  In the meantime, all matching bonus amounts are zero and Retail Sales Commissions and Retail Sales Overrides are not reduced.

Once implemented, Retail Sales Commissions and Retail Sales Overrides commissions will be adjusted to pay the matching bonuses.

1 Compressed Generations of Matching Bonuses will be paid as follows:

     *Make 10 sales and earn 25% match on every commission earned by first level Affiliates based on your level of qualification, either Gold or Platinum.   Full roll up and compression to unlimited depth only blocked by another person qualified for matches.  Matches roll up to first upline match qualified Affiliates.  Matching Bonuses paid for Platinum sales are split if first upline Matching Bonus Qualified Affiliate is Gold.  In that case, the next Platinum Match Qualified Affiliate in the upline will earn the balance of the Matching Bonus (as the Match Qualified Gold Affiliate would only earn half).

COMMISSIONS TRIGGERED:

Commissions are triggered and checks mailed weekly as PAYMENTS are received and entered.
